In the sixty years since the formation Colchester Theatre Group has never staged a play by written by Agatha Christie, so we are pleased that life member Mike Poole agreed to direct it.

“what an excellent way to round off Colchester Theatre Group’s anniversary year with a production harking back to where it all began – the fifties … Director Michael Poole has cast the show well with the excellent Chrissie Kettle brilliantly negotiating the tangled web of lies in which her character Clarissa gets caught up. She had great support from the entire case, in particular Tony Winn… Lydia Clough… Tabetha Parrick … a definite star in the making.”
